LABOUR IMPACT CATEGORY

• Skilled Worker Stream: For skilled individuals who have been identified or have been hired by a PEI employer.
• Critical Worker Stream: For skilled workers who are employed by an employer in PEI and whose employer wishes to sponsor them for permanent residency.
• International Graduate Stream: For recent graduates from an eligible post-secondary institution who have been hired by an employer in PEI.

BUSINESS IMPACT CATEGORY

• 100% Ownership Stream: Individuals who wish to start their own business or purchase an existing business within the province and have 100% ownership
• Partial Ownership Stream: Individuals who will be at least 1/3 owner of a business in PEI or be willing to invest at least CAD $1,000,000 in the equity of the business
• Work Permit Stream: This stream allows individuals to enter Canada. Individuals can work in Canada, become familiar with the business in which they wish to invest in before being nominated by the province.
