Founder & CEO

Mr. Jagdeep Saini, founder and CEO of Immigration Terminal Inc., has over 22 years of experience in the ever-changing and growing field of immigration. He established the company in 2010 with the goal of creating an organization that places customer satisfaction at the top of the agenda. Mr. Saini is a law graduate from his home country and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant under the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).

He initially left his home country of India in 1995 in pursuit of a better future for him and his family. His search brought him to San Francisco, California, U.S.A. Over the next few years, his search took him to many parts of California before he relocated to Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada. From there, he flew to spend some time in Toronto, Canada before making one last stop in New York City. After making this last stop in America, he was convinced that the best place to raise his children and secure a better future for his family was in Canada.

Shortly after, he returned home and began what would prove to be a long and complex immigration application process. Having a law background and having helped countless friends and family apply to immigrate to Canada, America and Australia, he was certainly well versed in the field of immigration but little did he know that his own personal immigration case would prove to be the longest and most cumbersome application he ever handled. A few years later, Mr. Saini would arrive in Toronto, Canada with his wife and two young children as permanent residents.

The story that follows is not much different from that of many naturalized Canadian citizens. He spent years after his arrival working odd jobs while paying to put himself and his wife through school so they could have the credential equivalencies required to work in their own fields instead of low-skilled jobs. Many sleepless nights and exhausting days later, he would go on to become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.
